I was incredibly disappointed with the breakfast options. They offered only grab-and-go items, with nothing fresh in sight. Cheap, processed food is not what I expected from this place, and I left without eating anything because of it. I was also frustrated by the limited breakfast hours, which made it impossible for me to grab a decent meal before starting my day.

A relaxing mountain retreat

The location was pristine, nestled in the mountains. The comfortable rooms created a haven after a day of adventures. Enjoyed sitting by the lovely deck with friends, under the stars.

An Unforgettable Stay in Cloudcroft!

Our family enjoyed a delightful visit! The attentive staff made us feel welcome, and our room exceeded expectations in cleanliness and comfort. Although we couldn’t use the pool or jacuzzi, the cozy atmosphere made up for it. I recommend dining out at local eateries for unique flavors!

i stayed for one night in a standard king room and was really impressed. the shower had amazing pressure and the bed was incredibly comfy, exceeding my expectations from previous hotel stays in cloudcroft. the breakfast was also quite good and certainly added to my experience.
